About LACS Roofing & Construction
LACS Roofing & Construction is a family-owned, licensed and insured roofing and general contracting company led by owner Leonardo Araujo. We hold both a Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1336863) and a Certified General Contractor license (CGC1535055), so one team can take care of your project from the roof down.
Our focus is simple: show up when we say we will, explain every step in plain language, and stand behind our work long after the project is finished. That is how we earn referrals from neighbors, one home at a time.
Why Choose LACS
Choosing a contractor is a big decision. Here is what makes working with LACS different.
One team, start to finish. Because we are licensed for both roofing and general construction, you do not have to coordinate multiple companies. We manage the whole project, including permits when they are required.
No surprises. You get a detailed written estimate and a clear scope of work before anything starts, and you hear from us throughout the job.
Respect for your home. We protect your property, keep the job site clean, and treat every house like our own.
